Product Details

The Ghee Filling Machine is a sturdy semi automatic device built to fill oil quickly and with little error - it fits well into a ghee production line. It runs on 440 volts plus uses a three phase 3 HP motor - it dispenses 500 ml every minute, enough for steady, high volume work. The machine accepts only containers that have a 20 mm neck opening. It is manufactured in India and releases the same measured amount each cycle into bottles or similar packages. The frame measures 600 mm long, 500 mm wide but also 500 mm high - it slips easily into cramped food plants and at 95 kg it stays firmly in place without claiming much floor space. Every part that touches ghee or any oil based product is built for years of daily duty cutting both waste and unplanned stops. Small firms that fill a few jars a day as well as large plants that fill thousands both gain speed because the controls are simple and the operator needs only basic training.
