Jar Filling Machine

The Jar Filling Machine is a strong semi automatic device built to fill jars that hold between five and fifteen litres. It suits drinks, oils plus other liquids in factories. Every part that touches the product is high grade stainless steel - the unit lasts for years, resists rust and meets the hygiene rules used in food but also water purification plants. An electric motor drives the pump - the motor starts when the operator presses the foot switch and stops at the pre set volume - in this way each jar receives the same amount of liquid as well as labour time falls. One person can handle the machine but the repeat accuracy matches far more expensive gear. The frame accepts any jar in the five-to-fifteen-litre range without extra parts. A hand wheel moves the nozzle up or down - a toggle locks the height in seconds. The control panel has four buttons - power, pump start, volume set and zero. A rotary encoder dials in the required litres - the display shows the value in digits one centimetre high. Once the volume is stored the operator need only place the jar, press the foot pedal also remove the full container. Viscosity changes are handled by a flow knob on the pump head - no tools are required. The machine draws less power than a one horse motor and all lines drain by gravity - cleaning takes ten minutes. Stainless steel surfaces have no hidden corners - contamination cannot collect.
