Product Details

The Manual Volumetric Filling Machine fills liquids and semi-liquids with steady accuracy in semi automatic packaging lines. Every part that contacts the product is stainless steel - the unit resists corrosion, meets hygiene rules plus survives long shifts in harsh plants. An electric three phase motor drives a simple piston - each stroke pushes the same chosen volume through the valve giving identical doses and leaving almost no product in the hopper. Food plants, cosmetic workshops but also pharmaceutical suites all gain a smoother workflow and keep their quality standards without extra controls. The operator sets the volume with a hand-wheel as well as starts the cycle with a lever - no compressed air or programmable memory is required. Because the frame has few moving parts and no hidden crevices, daily cleaning takes minutes or yearly upkeep is limited to seal rings and an oil change. The bench top frame bolts straight on to an existing conveyor or turntable letting small also medium producers raise output without buying a fully automatic line.
